Designed to mold high-achievers into functional professionals, the IJK Academy offers an unparalleled and immersive experience involving strategy, problem solving, communication and collaborative learning. Each program is curated to span anywhere between 6 weeks to 6 months.

Hands-on learning and cultural immersion are core to the IJK Academy program. It comprises in-person interaction with our investment associates and senior management team across three locations around the globe as well as opportunities to get involved in client meetings, industrial site visits and high level investor-focused conferences.
